Your time will focus on developing a deeper self-awareness of your social conditioning that creates confusion and suffering. Then look at how well your life is meeting your needs. With that clarity, we will engage in honest reflection about who you really are and what you really want.

So much distress comes from living in denial about ourselves. Some people are really “on point,” but need someone to just listen to them so they can sort themselves out. Others have not even engaged the process of understanding themselves and wonder why they are unhappy.

Wherever you are on the spectrum, finding your natural self can be a relief, like finding your refuge – A refuge no one can take away, unless you give it to them.

Your goals are primary.

Success in living your life is based on the freedom to act, have choice and be resourceful.

Thriving, as I think of it, is being on top of our challenges, experiencing them as opportunities for creativity and expressing resourcefulness. Being under our challenges can feel like being oppressed by our problems and can generate feelings of anger and overwhelm. We experience both of these conditions under various circumstances, but how long we stay under is up to us.
